Description
The grapes have been carefully sorted and picked. The dirty wort was separated when it obtained the optimal color and structure. Fermentation for 14 days under the careful supervision of the winemaker. The young wine was kept “on the lees” which means that it was in contact with the right yeasts after fermentation. It has a fine color with shades of pink (peach color), intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Tastefully, the wine offers a balanced roundness of fresh acidity, a slightly sweet aftertaste.
